TM claims it didn’t drop Unifi upload speed, blames misprint

The company also claimed that the upload speed is sufficient for almost all customers. — AZLINA ABDULLAH/THE STAR

Telekom Malaysia claimed there has been “no change to the upload speed configuration” of its 500Mbps (megabits per second) Unifi plan, contrary to online reports that said the company reduced the upload speed from 200Mbps to 100Mbps.

Instead, the company said there was an error in the original marketing material for the 500Mbps plan.
