LazMall customers will be compensated if their online purchase arrives late, says company


Lazmall now offers more assurance that deliveries will be made on time, otherwise the customer will receive an unspecified amount as compensation for the late delivery. — Lazada

Miffed that your online purchase wasn't delivered on time? Lazada says it will now compensate customers on certain orders, should they arrive late.

Under the LazMall Guaranteed Delivery programme, if the delivery is late, the customer will receive a rebate to their in-store eWallet within 24 hours from the 'Delivered' status.
