An Isreali startup developing sensors that enable better vision in adverse weather and night-time conditions has attracted an investment from Porsche.

The German sports car manufacturer is betting the company’s Short-Wave-Infra-Red (SWIR) sensing technology will help their cars’ assistance and autonomous driving systems deal with fog, heavy rain, dust and darkness.
