'Pokemon Masters' is for iOS and Android devices and is particularly aimed at players on the go.

Pokemon fans will soon be able to trade the little creatures across different games and platforms via a new Cloud service called Pokemon Home.

Pokemon Home will work with a range of games including Pokemon GO and the upcoming Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield games due by the end of this year. Players will also be able to trade Pokemons with other players around the world via mobile devices.
