KTMB Mobticket mobile app down for upgrade until April 27

Users can still purchase their KTMB tickets at the stations as well as online.

Those planning on travelling onboard Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd trains, take note: the KTMB Mobticket mobile application is not available until 8am on April 27.

On its website, KTMB shares that the app has been down for upgrading works since April 13.

Using the app, users can purchase Electric Train Services (ETS) tickets, which covers rides to and from certain cities in Perlis, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan, Negri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor.

They can also purchase the KTMB Intercity train ticket for rides to and from Johor to Kelantan, Negri Sembilan and Singapore.

The also app allows users to check train timetables, select seats and also manage their ticket purchases.

Tickets can still be purchased at KTMB station counters as well as online at www.ktmb.com.my.
