Hotlink is currently in the midst of the first phase of their system upgrade that has made certain services unavailable to customers. The system upgrade, which began this morning at 8.30am, will end at 6am tomorrow.
The services affected include reloading credit, buying mobile data passes, and making payments using Hotlink credit. The Hotlink RED app is also unavailable until the system upgrade is complete.
