More people than ever before spend their entire day at a computer, and that is bad news for eyes everywhere. If you are one of those people, you should make sure you take regular breaks, preferably near plants. 

Almost everyone who works in an office knows what eye fatigue feels like. About 80 per cent of the people who spend more than three hours per day at a computer think it causes problems, and half of those note that it affects their eyes, according to the German Association of Ophthalmologists.
