Ask Google: ‘Where is Bali?’ tops the list of this year’s travel questions

The search engine published its list of most frequently searched keywords and questions of 2016, Wednesday, Dec 14. This year, it seems that the location of the Indonesian island of Bali has been a subject of particular interest among American web users. 

Google has revealed the top 10 travel questions most frequently asked by American users. Coming top of the list, the geographical location of Bali – a Buddhist island found between the islands of Java and Lombok in the Indonesian archipelago – appears to have piqued the interest of web users in the USA.
