In a move to deliver better customer experience, Celcom Axiata Berhad has launched Phone Care, a device swap and replacement plan.
Phone Care allows customers to swap or replace their phones or tablets for any reason. To qualify they have to a pay a subscription fee which varies depending on if the user is going for the swap or “swap and replace” plan. The price also depends on the value of the device.
