Unifi users – get iflix for free or extend your existing subscription

Free on UniFi: TM is now offering a free one-year subscription to iflix for all UniFi subscribers

TM has announced that subscribers to its UniFi service will get one year's subscription to video streaming service iflix for free.

Users only need to install the app on their mobile devices or visit play.iflix.com on the PC while they are on the UniFi network and start watching – the device will automatically be activated and you will be able to view all content without needing to even login to iflix.

Also, after the initial step, you no longer have to be on the Unifi network to view iflix. There is however, a five device limit, which is quite generous, in our opinion.

However, what if you're already a subscriber to iflix and you also happen to be a UniFi subscriber as well?

We reached out to iflix support and was told that if you are already a subscriber to iflix for its annual plan before the UniFi promotion, you can have your remaining iflix subscription added onto the one year given by TM.

The steps are as follows:

1. Email [e-mail] explaining your situation
2. Once you get a confirmation from iflix, log out of your current iflix subcription on your devices.
3. Make sure you're on your UniFi network and open iflix on your browser on the PC or the app on mobile device and start watching.

iflix subscribers on the monthly plan won't have to go through this – just let the subscription lapse at the end of the month, log out of the account and follow the steps above.
