KUALA LUMPUR: The credit for creating a mobile application usually goes to the developer but the person whose idea it was based upon normally stays in the shadows.

DiGi Telecommunications is changing that with its Challenge for Change ­competition this year, which aims to engage youths to come up with ideas to bring about social change.
