CYBERJAYA: The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Microsoft Malaysia have launched the 1Vendor Development Programme (1VDP) to raise the global competitiveness of local information and communications technology (ICT) vendors.
This private-public partnership will see Microsoft Malaysia re-invest about RM2mil over the next six months to improve the quality of human capital through training and certifications.
