APPLE chief executive Tim Cook has responded to media reports alleging harsh working conditions in China for manufacturing employees of the popular gadget-maker.
Cook, who took over as chief executive from Apple’s late co-founder, Steve Jobs, addressed the reports of long hours and occasionally unsafe conditions in an e-mail obtained by the 9to5mac.com website.
