ART In The City (AITC), a flagship programme organised by The Cultural Economy Development Agency (CENDANA) since October 2021, will end with the Sensorium Gallery of Inversion/Immersion (SENSORii) programme (Dec 1-28) at REXKL in Jalan Sultan, Kuala Lumpur.

The AITC initiative featured over 100 programmes for the development of the arts and culture industry to drive the economic status of the local community.

Cendana continues to lead the initiative to support Malaysia’s arts and culture economy, to make Malaysia the regional arts and culture destination and downtown KL the hub for Art In The City.

SENSORii reveals the story of the city, its daily life and urban context, the places and environments inhabited, the spaces inhabited with artistic techniques and the diversity of technologies reflecting the reality of this existence.

The exhibition is curated by internationally renowned curator Yap Sau Bin, while the technical division is led by Melissa Teoh.
