Coach calls for team tennis events be retained at home SEA Games

PETALING JAYA: National tennis coach Muliyadi Jamal is hoping the men’s and women’s team competitions will be retained for the 2027 SEA Games in Malaysia amid talks of a possible reduction in events.

There have been discussions about trimming the number of medals on offer but Muliyadi has appealed to organisers to at least keep the two team events, where he believes the country has stronger medal prospects.
