Phee flies high with divers

PHEE Jinq En is a flying star and a truly shining example for Malaysian athletes. She sacrificed her time, studies and even exams to fly in from the United States to focus on realising her dream to claim the women’s 50m and 100m breaststroke titles in her third SEA Games.

The 22-year-old superbly delivered not only the double but also did it in national record times. She then made a hurried exit to fly back to the US for her delayed exams at University of Purdue.
