RIO Olympian Phee Jinq En smashed her year-old 50m breaststroke national record but still had to finish second behind Singapore’s Roanne Ho for the second time in the SEA Games swimming competition.
Roanne successfully retained the gold she won when her country hosted the Games two years ago with a new Games record of 31.29 at the National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil last night.
