Bronze in hand, but squash ace Rachel rues gold that slipped away

IT WAS a bittersweet bronze for Rachel Arnold after she and C. Ameeshenraj missed out on a place in the mixed doubles squash final at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.

Although the medal helped Rachel make up for the disappointment of the previous edition in Hangzhou, both players knew they were capable of achieving more after suffering a surprise semi-final defeat yesterday.
