PETALING JAYA: National squash player C. Ameeshenraj had hoped to go far but his challenge ended in the quarter-finals of the Hollolan Kuntokeidas in Finland.
World No. 94 Ameeshenraj gave it his all to get past No. 82 Toufik Mekhalfi in the second round but could not get things right as he lost 7-11, 8-11, 11-9, 2-11 on Thursday.
