Ivan and Aifa rule local scene by winning again

PETALING JAYA: Squash players Ivan Yuen and Aifa Azman continued their domination in the local circuit by winning the men and women's titles respectively in the SRAM PSA 6.

Top seed Ivan underlined his reputation when he trounced second seed Mohd Syafiq Kamal 11-5, 11-9, 11-0 in the final at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil on Saturday (Oct 30).

Aifa, who is also seeded top, was in her element as she smashed third seed Chan Yiwen 11-5, 11-1, 11-3 in the final played under 20 minutes.

Both pocketed USD6,000 (RM24,845) each for the feat.

Ivan and Aifa had won the SRAM PSA 1, SRAM PSA 5 and are looking at winning again in the SRAM PSA 7 next week.
