(Reuters) - Fullback Ange Capuozzo and number 8 Lorenzo Cannone have both been ruled out of Italy's match against Georgia this weekend, the Italian Rugby Federation said on Thursday.

Capuozzo was forced off after six minutes of Saturday's 50-18 defeat to Argentina with a head injury, and while the player has no problems from a clinical point of view, he must complete the head injury assessment protocols.

Cannone received a yellow card five minutes from the end of the Argentina match but tests show he suffered a nasal fracture during the game which requires surgery.

Italy play Georgia on Sunday in Genoa, and while Capuozzo will miss that game, his condition will be monitored in the hope he can return for Italy's final match of the Autumn Series against New Zealand on Nov. 23.
