Coach hails rugby players’ fighting spirit in loss to South Korea

NATIONAL rugby 7s coach Nik Safuan Ismade Nik Man was full of praise for his men despite their 5-26 loss to South Korea in the quarter-finals of the Hangzhou Asian Games.

He was effusive in praising his team, ranked 52nd for showing no fear and displaying tremendous fighting spirit against South Korea, who had trounced his men 40-5 at the same stage in the 2018 edition in Jakarta-Palembang, Indonesia.
