NATIONAL equestrian athlete N. Shoorendran believes the lessons from his difficult debut at the last Asian Games will help him perform better this time around.

The 33-year-old, who trains and competes out of Luxembourg, arrived in Tokyo on Wednesday with his horse Limelight AD ahead of the showjumping qualification at the JRA Equestrian Park in Setagaya Ward on Oct 1.
