Malaysia suffer defeat to Thais in team regu final


PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian sepak takraw team’s hopes of clinching their third gold medal at the Asian Cup were dashed after going down to long-time rivals Thailand in the team regu final yesterday.

Their 34-year wait for the team regu win continues after losing 2-0 at Stadium Titiwangsa.
