MOHD Izzul Irfan Marzuki suffered several flesh cuts in a fierce final match and then burst into tears – but it was not because of the injuries.

The pencak silat exponent had triumphed in the men’s under 65kg, gaining revenge over Indonesian Kadek Andrey Nova Prayada at the Chroy Changvar Convention Centre in Phnom Penh.
