Aznil ends long wait for medal

AFTER a six-year wait, national weightlifter Mohd Aznil Bidin has finally laid his hands on a medal at the SEA Games.

The 25-year-old athlete from Kedah won the bronze in the men’s 61kg category with a total lift of 283kg at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium yesterday.
