Hosts take preventive measures after second mumps case reported

SEVERAL athletes have been sent back home following a mumps outbreak at the Malaysia Games (Suk­ma) in Perak.

Yesterday, a second case was reported when a 19-year-old female lawn bowler from Negri Sembilan was diagnosed with mumps and the lawn bowls team have been barred from competing.
