Association confirm Khairulnizam and Nur Shazrin to sail in Rio

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Sailing Association (MSA) have confirmed Khairulnizam Afendy and Nur Shazrin Mohd Latif as the country’s representatives at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in August.

Khairulnizam and Shazrin earned Malaysia two Olympic quota spots at the Asian Sailing Championships in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, earlier this month. Khairulnizam emerged as the men’s Laser champion while Shazrin bagged the silver in the women’s Laser Radial.
