PENCAK silat exponent Mohamed Helmi is one tough guy.
Despite bleeding as a result of a cut on his lower lips after a punch by Jul Omhar of the Philippines, Helmi continued to battle on and eventually won 5-0 in the men’s below 55kg quarter-final bout at the Zeyar Thiri Indoor Stadium on Monday.
