KUALA LUMPUR: Only one Malaysian player has signed up for the rebel World Series Hockey (WSH) which is scheduled to start in India on Dec 17.
Former national midfielder Jiwa Mohan, who plays for Sapura in the Malaysia Hockey League (MHL), has joined the Chandigarh team coached by former Indian national coach Herenda Singh. Pakistan international Rehan Butt has been named captain of the team.
