PETALING JAYA: Abdul Muhaimin Roslan of the Yamaha Maju Motor Racing team sprung a surprise by setting the fastest time in the practice session of CP130 category in the penultimate leg of the Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship at the Sepang International Circuit yesterday.
The 20-year-old clocked 1:19.786 while Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman of Harian Metro TEQ SCK Honda Racing came in second quickest with 1:19.936. Azlan’s team-mate, Mohd Affendi Rosli was third fastest on 1:20.030.
