KUALA LUMPUR: A top ranked Malaysian tennis player is set to partner world No. 6 Nikolay Davydenko (pic) in the doubles competition of the Malaysian Open, which will be held at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil from Sept 23-Oct 3.
Davydenko, who is the singles defending champion of the tournament, will play as a wildcard pair with the Malaysian, who has yet to be announced by the Lawn Tennis Association of Malaysia (LTAM).
