Terengganu beat Pahang to reduce leaders Selangor’s lead to three points

PETALING JAYA: Terengganu closed in on leaders Selangor when they defeated Pahang 2-0 in a Super League match at the Sultan Ismail Stadium in Kuala Terengganu last night.

Midfielder Zairo Anuar Zalani scored the opening goal for the Turtles from a penalty in the 42nd minute before skipper Marzuki Yusof nodded in the second goal from a corner kick in the 67th minute.
