SHAH ALAM: It is a rare happening but yesterday, a sprawling Panasonic Sports Complex was handed over as a gift, without any string attached, to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
And the ministry will turn the multi-purpose sports complex, currently valued at RM54mil, into another centre of excellence for national athletes, especially the disabled.
