KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's Lim Fang Yang stole the thunder in the boys' singles while Lydia Cheah continued her march in a bid to become the country's first girls' singles champion in the Rakan Muda Yonex Sunrise Asian Junior Championships at the Juara Stadium in Bukit Kiara yesterday.
The 18-year-old Fang Yang made heads turn yesterday when packed off defending champion and top seed Kenichi Tago of Japan 21-18, 21-19 to reach his first quarter-final in the Asian junior meet.
