LONDON: Rising tennis star Andy Murray's growing commercial attractiveness as one of Britain's leading sportsmen was confirmed on Friday when the Scottish teenager announced a shirt sponsorship contract worth in excess of £1mil.
Murray, one of only two men to beat world number one Roger Federer this year, has signed a deal with bottled water company Highland Spring, whose Blackford base is just 10 miles from his home town of Dunblane.
