KUALA LUMPUR: National cyclist Josiah Ng, the best performer at the Athens Olympics, was deservedly named the 2004 Olympian of the Year yesterday.
And for the first time since the awards were inaugurated in 1993, no woman athlete was picked as the panel of judges felt that there was no outstanding performer in that category this year.
