Corruption cloud hangs over World Cup

JOHANNESBURG: The shadow of controversy cast another dark cloud over the World Cup yesterday when sources told AFP that the International Cricket Council's Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) was examining the tape of the game between Kenya and Sri Lanka.

It's understood that the unit has asked for a recording of the match in which Kenya pulled off a shock 53-run defeat at the Nairobi Gymkhana Club on Monday.
