LISBON: Barcelona’s Brazilian international midfielder Geovanni has said he may be prepared to take a cut in his two-million-euro (US$2 million) a year salary to bring about a loan to Benfica for the remainder of the season.
Portuguese media reported on Friday that disagreements over the wages Benfica should pay were hampering talks.
