Qabil caps historic season with one more podium spot

PETALING JAYA: Young rider Qabil Irfan wrapped up a superb and historic season in the ESBK Talent (Spanish Superbike Championship) by stepping on the podium one more time at the final round at the Jerez Circuit in Spain over the weekend.

The 13-year-old, who was already crowned overall champion in the previous round at the Estoril Circuit in Portugal in September, rode his way to the podium after finishing Race 1 in third place.
