Leona leads team to win Sepang 1,000km race

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s top female driver Leona Chin stole the limelight once again when she inspired her privateer team to glory in the Sepang 1,000km Endurance (S1K) Race.

Driving a Suzuki Swift, her co-drivers Akina Teo, Tham Yik Hoon, Adrian Chong and Mohd Nasri ruled the M-Production (with modification) category by completing the 181-lap race at the Sepang International Circuit on Saturday in 8’51:43.
