PETALING JAYA: In what is seen as a lesson for sponsors to keep their side of the bargain, the High Court in Johor Baru has ruled in favour of Sepang International Circuit (SIC) against M7 Racing Sdn Bhd, a company related to Mutiara Motors Group of Companies.
M7 Racing, who sponsored the SIC Racing Moto3 squad back in 2015 and 2016, have been ordered to cough up RM3.32mil in unpaid fees during their Moto3 sponsorship.
