Fitness the focus as Sarjit prepares Speedy Tigers for Nations Cup


PETALING JAYA: National team head coach Sarjit Singh wants to focus on the squad’s fitness during their training camp this month although the players have arrived fresh from competing at last month’s Malaysian Hockey League.

Sarjit said it would be a different ball game when it comes to playing international hockey.
