IPOH: It didn’t take long for youngster Azimuddin Syakir Kamaruddin to score his first goal for the national team, but he wishes there was someone special in the stands to witness him do it.

The 19-year-old forward, who is making his international debut with the national squad at the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, scored his first goal for The Speedy Tigers in their second fixture against Canada on Sunday.
