PETALING JAYA: Old habits die hard as individual errors cost Malaysia the chance to win the opening Group A match against China at the Olympic Qualifier in Muscat, Oman on Monday.
Malaysia needed a win boost their qualifying hopes but it was China who earned a 3-2 victory, when their key player Gao Jisheng scored through a penalty corner in the final minute (60th).
