PETALING JAYA: Christmas this year will be a simple one for national hockey player Shello Silverius as he wants to ensure that he is in top shape for the 2024 Olympics qualifiers next year.

The 24-year-old midfielder, who also deputises as a striker at times, has set his sights on the tournament in Muscat, Oman, which starts on Jan 15.
