MIRABEL Ting, the 20-year-old rising talent from Miri, Sarawak, has climbed to the top of the Malaysian standings in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings for the first time.

A rookie on the Epson Tour, Mirabel finished third at eight-under, closing with a composed four-under-par 68 in FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship at the Medalist Golf Club in Michigan last week.
