Jeneath leads Malaysia to their best finish at world amateur team meet


PETALING JAYA: Asia Pacific Amateur champion Jeneath Wong (pic) led Malaysia to secure their best outing in the Espirito Santo Trophy (women’s golf World Amateur Team Championship) after concluding the four-day tournament in 19th spot in Singapore.

The Malaysian trio of Jeneath, Foong Zi Yu and Charlayne Chong posted a four-day total of four-over 580to secure the top 20 finish.
