Credible top 10 finish for Liyana at Sand Greens C’ship

Cyclone alert: Rookie pros Liyana Durisic and Winnie Ng were supposed to tee off in the first round scheduled tomorrow.

PETALING JAYA: Rookie professional golfer Liyana Durisic (pic) kept it steady to finish in the top 10 at the World Sand Greens Championship yesterday.

The 23-year-old finished the final round at the Binalong Golf Club in Australia by carding a two-over 72 to finish joint eighth with a three-over 213 total.
