THE leeway extended via the easing of some standard operating procedures (SOPs) under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) created much excitement among golf clubs and their members.
It created a flurry of activity for registration counters in the National Recovery Plan’s Phase 1 states, particularly the Klang Valley. Indeed, a handful of clubs said that by noon on Friday their golf courses were fully booked through Monday.
